Welcome to today's edition of the Revelry Collection newsletter!

Today, I have something very exciting to show you. It is the cover of Volume 001 of the Revelry Collection Magazine.

This magazine project has been over a year in the making. I am honestly still mind-boggled that this is going to be in your hands in a short couple of weeks. The photo on the cover was taken on the summit of Snoqualmie Pass while I was skiing on a cold February day. I reached the top of the lift and snapped this photo, not thinking much about it. Until I got the 35mm film scans back a couple of weeks later, and I knew I had found the perfect cover for the magazine.

The cover photo is actually part of a story I wrote in Volume 001 of the magazine about skiing in the Cascade Mountains. In this story, I got to experience the deep powder this iconic mountain range is known for. I had the opportunity to return to that sense of childlike wonder you get skiing down a mountain. From snowflakes falling down under the evergreens to the feeling of the powder blowing in your face. It was a very special story for me to write.
